Disabling the Scheduler on Renovate CE

Is it possible to disable the Scheduler on Renovate CE?
I would like to run webhook events and never have to run a scheduled job.

You can turn off the scheduler by setting MEND_RNV_CRON_JOB_SCHEDULER_ALL=off.

It's documented in the example server config files, but the main docs seem to be missing that part.
