Plan to build opencv 3.2

Are there any plan to support the build for OpenCV 3.2? I can use compiled binary but install by conda install will be simple and nice.

Perhaps this weekend I can take a look. I know from experience that creating recipes for OpenCV is a huge pain - particularly for Windows - and so it's a real investment to get it working.
