Tracking interpolation method used for processing pseudo-SWOT data from model

We have not stored the information about trhe type fo interpolation method used for processing ocean model data.

Results with HyCOM suggest that wavenumber spectra could be sensitive to the interpolation procedure.

This thread to gather information about the interpolation method used so far and how to collect this information in the future.
