• Userlist uses actual user objects
• Replace bot checking with a separate API
• Make the post condition actually work (shared with the packet condition by mistake)
• Remove the bot object on ctx, etc
  • Replace it with the bot checking API
• rename stuff like Client.sendPacket to Client.send_packet
• change when __raw__ is called, and replace its current use with raw_message
