[All Currently Active] Chat scrolls up when you scroll down

Expected behavior

All messages stay in place when scrolled down posts

Current behavior

The posts Jump Up by 1

Possible solution

Not automatically move the screen when a new post is made

Steps to reproduce

I have HAVE read the instructions.
