[master | 1.8] UI bugs out when switching back to meower after 20 seconds or longer

Expected behavior

Meower ignores the websocket until it's done spamming the revived posts.

Current behavior

Possible solution

Disconnect and reconnect the websocket, and fetch chat/home from API

Steps to reproduce

1. Login to meower from a PWA
2. Go to another application that uses a websocket (unofficial meower clients work)
3. wait a couple of seconds after connecting to the service, waiting for a lot of posts to show up, but within 100 seconds
4. go back to meower
