Add a goodbye message on meower.org #97
Description
Meower's website currently says something like "hello, Meower is an innovative social media platform, blah blah blah".
It should say something like "Goodbye, Meower was an innovative social media platform, it shut down on December 1 2024 because of challenges with development and moderation".
You should also remove the banner advertisement things for the Meower clients (meo, Roarer, etc).
