No check if MOVR price request fails or isn't ready yet when user clicks calculate

If the request to fetch the MOVR prices fails or for some reason happens slower than a user presses Calculate, will show value of the resources as $0

Should put spinner on loading MOVR price on both top right of the page and in the calculate results if the MOVR price is not ready. Can use the following code to slow it down for testing:
