No license specified for the content

The website repository has AGPL v3 license but on website, there is no license specified for the content. On the footer, there is a statement that says "Copyleft 2020 Mercode" but it is not valid, you may either use CC0 to release content under public domain or specify a content license such as CC BY-SA 4.0 or CC BY-ND 4.0 depending on the content.
