Documentation Request: Add Instructions to Manually Install Mercur Backend

Hi Team,

Currently, the MercurJS documentation provides manual clone instructions for admin, storefront, and vendor panel repositories. However, there are no instructions for manually installing the Mercur backend (mercur) itself.

Providing a manual backend setup guide would help developers who:

• want to clone the backend repository directly
• need to use a specific backend version
• prefer manual setup instead of using mercur-cli
• need to customize or debug the backend
