Novice section assignment: Collaboration

This issue tracks the Collaboration section for the novice material. This can probably be the same for both R and Python.

Some material that covers licensing exists in inclusive.Rmd that can be repurposed here.

This issue can be closed when:

• There are an initial set of exercises corresponding to the outline
• There is a first draft of the text of the section

Overlaps with RSE project/team management from merely-useful/merely-useful.github.io#239, but we decided at the meeting on 22 Oct 2019 that novice covers issues related to general definitions and participating in a team, while RSE covers more depth and leading a team
