fix: resolve minimatch ReDoS vulnerabilities in frontend dependencies (#1316)
Updates transitive minimatch dependencies to patched versions that fix
combinatorial backtracking in matchOne() and nested extglob patterns
(GHSA-7r86-cg39-jmmj, GHSA-23c5-xmqv-rm74).
