Cannot ping meshery CPX adapter from meshery dashboard

Expected Behavior
Meshery server should be able to communicate with the meshery CPX adapter.

Enviroment:

• OS: Darwin
• Browser: Safari

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Start Meshery using mesheryctl system start
2. Visit http://localhost:9081
3. Meshery CPX adapter chip is grayed out
