chore(deps): bump protobufs to 2.7.26.90-gf55e85a-SNAPSHOT

Manual bump — Renovate is stuck (Mend hit Maven Central rate limiting, so
its maven datasource can't fetch the fresh version list and keeps offering
the older 2.7.26-678281c-SNAPSHOT from stale cache).

Advances from 2.7.26-aa53c96-SNAPSHOT to the newest published snapshot,
built under the new dot-count scheme (protobufs #977/#978) that sorts by
recency. Proto delta is additive only: mesh.proto gains Heltec RC board
HardwareModel enum entries; portnums.proto is a formatting-only change.
