Heltec wireless stick V2.1 support

Ordered some heltec wireless stick V3 but sadly got V2.1

did not find support for the V2.1 in any place - is there a reason for that?
I cant find any info about this

found a solution to compile it and test it to basic work fore version 2.5.6 of the firmware
