Noize of WiFi Heltec v4 firmware fix (?)

Hi!

One man in out local chat wrote that V4 is quite noizy when WiFi Signal starts to transmit
Meshcore community show this and done next, but everything still veeery unstable

Also, many says nothing like that was on V3 and could be hardware issue too

Anyhow, wish to see good discussion :)
