docs: add photos of the badges as actually printed
Everything in the repo up to now was verified through the dry-run encoder: the PNG proves the layout and the packet dump proves the framing, but neither says the label comes out readable on thermal stock. These are the real thing off a Niimbot — the card layout on 50x30 mm and the compact layout below it, with the M-PWRD mark, the emoji, the names and the QR all legible. Cropped from a photo taken at the bench; no retouching beyond the crop and a downscale. Signed-off-by: James Rich <james.a.rich@gmail.com>
