feature request: use with ident_switch plugin

@tpayen the ident_switch plugin replaces the static display of the email account at the top of the interface in desktop view with the account chooser, but when using the melanie2 mobile rc skin, the static display of the email account is not replaced with the account chooser as expected in the left side menu. any suggestions on how to achieve this?

I don't know this plugin, but after looking quickly at the code it doesn't seem to miss much.
Can you try to edit these lines in melanie2_larry_mobile skin, in templates/mail.html : https://github.com/messagerie-melanie2/Roundcube-Skin-Melanie2-Larry-Mobile/blob/master/templates/mail.html#L87-L91
And replace them with (just add topright and username classes):

If it works i'll update each templates for next version.
