My Hugging Face access requests for the following Meta Llama repositories were rejected without a reason:

For the latest request, I provided accurate legal identity details and truthful professional information as an independent AI developer.
Hugging Face is not directly reachable from my network, so I must use a proxy to access it. The proxy exit region can differ from my submitted country or region, but the information in the application form itself is accurate.
My use case is local research integrating NVIDIA Kimodo with video-constrained 3D motion generation.
Could the Meta Llama team please manually review my access request or move the rejected request back to pending or accepted status?
