doc: create redirect for /discid

Not sure what kind of caching sorcery was at work here, but /discid stopped working some minutes after c5dbf33 Yes, I did clear every cache I could find and recreated doc/_build. Anyways, this should display a link to the API when /discid is accessed due to some pre-stable documentation links.
