I made a stable version but it's not publishing the toolchain yet. For making it ready for metacall we need:

• Build in bookworm and trixie for amd64.
• Build in trixie for multiple architectures: https://github.com/metacall/core/blob/develop/.github/workflows/docker-hub.yml
• Produce dev and runtime tarballs.
• Release the tarballs when taging.

Right now we are going to leave it because it fails due to being too slow and other issues related to arm and i386.

I tried to build today and the LLVM build artifacts from rust have been deleted. For this reason I have enabled the LLVM build on the CI: a6f9100

This will make even slower to build the toolchain and specially the crossplatform builds which already were hitting GitHub limits. We can overcome this if we split the build in different jobs.

In order to offload llvm from the build:
