It is mostly a static site served by nginx... just needs the files to serve, but we DO also need:

We don't need to move this site to k8s yet but should be on the roadmap

NOTE:

Each release also has a .readme and .meta file generated by PAUSE. These files should be served as text/plain rather than application/octet-stream.
