Validation for fields

Requirements:

1. Able to select the language of the errors to show (i18n) (transloco) .po/json
2. Display inline / group outside
3. Consumer decides how to render, color, translate, group errors, etc.
4. Pointer to the field location (id) -> jump
5. By default take navigator.lang (otherwise consumer can override it)
