Sometimes the suggestions of the language server occur multiple times in the suggestion list, e.g. when loading an example in the playground. Each suggestion should only occur once in the suggestion list.
1.) I do get LSP suggestions on https://test.metafacture.org/playground, but every command is suggested twice (like in the extension).
