Wanted to recommend you Oracle Cloud instead of AWS as their free tier gives 4 arm cores, 24gb ram and 2gbps network and is always free instead of 1 yr provided by aws. I have implemented Wireguard on OCI mumbai (my university wifi does not block UDP) so if you need help especially with the firewall I can help.

Explore Windscribe VPN, you can get more than 50gb of bandwidth, they allow TCP port 443 connections and have very fast servers.
