Build IPA for release branches

Currently, we are using the same IPA image across all release branches.
We already have a test matrix defined here: Test Matrix.

To improve reliability and alignment with specific releases, we should either:

• Build IPA image for each test scenario, or
• Create a separate pipeline script that builds and uploads IPA images to Artifactory, so that the tests can consume the appropriate versions.
