Simulating two dose amounts per subject but output capturing only one dose

Hi,
I am running a simulation where 2 dose levels are given to each subject on 2 different days at steady state. It seems the simulation is running as planned since the simulated exposures appear to be as expected for each dose level. However, in the output, only one of the doses (the higher dose) is captured for both days. Any ideas how to fix this?

Yes; could you provide a working example that shows the inputs and outputs you describe? You don't need to share your model; just pull one from the internal library.

Here are the basic structures of the input and output datasets.
input:

output:

DAY <-c(1,2,3,4,5,6)

Basically, I would have expected the DOSE to be at 600 from TIME=0-the first TIME=72.0 and then switch to 800 from the second TIME=72.0 to the end.

Again, the IPRED values look as expected for each dose level.

Could you turn the inputs into real outputs, using working code? Just take what you have under Input: and turn that into real outputs with a working simulation. We really need to see this in a working simulation to help you. You can use your model or grab one from the library that I referenced above. But you need to share a real simulation to figure this out.
