[Suggestion]: Add Configuration for toggle on/off server-sync mode

Please add a configuration to be able to turn off Server sync so that only client sync can be used. So it can be turned off and also turned on according to the user's preference.

So I want to be able to see the recipe without having to download JEI on the server, just like JEI Versions before 1.21.2. But don't remove the Server Sync API entirely. Just add a Client sync feature, so we can choose whether to view recipes on the server sync, or only on the client sync.
