Where's that second package reference line from?
AngleSharp.Css 0.16.4 has a dependency on AngleSharp (>= 0.16.1)

I'm also getting this same error. When I use HtmlSanitizer version 8.0.645 it gives error for AngleSharp v 0.17.0 and when I use Version 8.0.601 its giving error for AngleSharp 0.16.1.

My package reference is

8.0.601

I did not install AngleSharp nuget package, but I checked the dependency is there in bin folder.

I tried reinstalling the package, removing nuget cache and deleting .vs, bin and Obj folder.

Is there still no resolution on this? I am running into this issue.

We have AngleSharp 0.17.1 installed on that project so I don't know where its getting 0.17.0

As a workaround for any future readers, I used bindingredirect in my web.config to force the version of AngleSharp that it wanted and it works. There's still an issue somewhere but this got past the issue for now
