Webpage Link Needs Updating 

Someone with ownership privileges for this project should change the Project Link from `dtphelan1.github.io/rcv-webapp` to either `mggg.github.io/rcv-webapp` or `mggg.org/rcv-webapp`, depending on whether or not the .org redirect has been added. I would do this, but I don't have the authority from a control-perspective.
