Toggling external calendar events from view

Hi @mgsloan and all contributors. I just posted on Reddit an idea for toggling external calendar events. So I'm bringing it in to find whether it's feasible and a good fit for this extension. If so, I'd be happy to get it going.

Hey, feel free to open a PR adding it, but I probably won't maintain this feature (I don't use external calendars). Also not sure what keys to bind it to.

I imagine that if for some reason the PR doesn't work out it should be straightforward to extract out into a separate extension.
