Init-submodule (#11)
* Update README and refactor template parameters for improved type safety in parsing functions * Add mgutility submodule and update CMakeLists.txt for include directories * Remove deprecated header files: definitions.hpp, charconv.hpp, and string_view.hpp * Enable submodule checkout in CI workflows for improved dependency management * Fix indentation in CI workflow setup step for clarity * Update checkout action version to v4 in CI workflow * Refactor CI workflow to separate package updates into its own step for clarity * Create codeql.yml
