Make Empathy-Driven Design bigger

More of a suggestion than an issue - can we make empathy-driven design in the speech bubble a bit larger. At its current size, it doesn't feel emphasised enough given that it's our theme.

@yazadd Is there a specific screen this is an issue on? Desktop, mobile, both?

@connorkrupp This was on desktop, the mobile version's good. I'm on a 15" rMBP for reference.
