Intermittent Errors When Loading Environment Deploy History

We are seeing random 404/504 errors when we try to load deployment history for an environment.

Actual Outcome

404 error

504 errror

We also receive 200s occasionally on these endpoints.

Expected Outcome

Consistent 200s with list of revision/versions.

No, we are only experiencing this from the History page.

this behavior appears consistent with an issue addressed in version v13.7.1, our current stable release. We advise updating the Console to v13.7.1 or a subsequent version to verify if this resolves the behavior you observed.

Hello again. I wanted to report that we are now using version 14.0 of the console and unfortunately we still see this behavior:

I tried to reproduce this issue today. I was able to consistently reproduce the issue and work around it using the same Project listed above in the screenshots provided by @KarissaBrummell, on the same Console version. Here are the steps I took to reproduce the error and also work around it.

1. Navigate to Deploy for a Project
2. ✅ Navigate to History. History for the selected Environment should load.
3. Change the Environment while still on the History tab.
4. ⛔ The 404 error message occurs.
5. Navigate to Deploy, then back to History.
6. ✅ History for the selected environment should load.

Hello! The last time we posted about this issue, we were using console version 14.2.0 and 14.2.1. We recently upgraded to 14.3.0 and I'm no longer able to reproduce the error. A few of my teammates have tried and they are also unable to repro, so I think we can close this discussion.
