Table loading is too fast and creates a scrollbar

Table component, when loading, shows a spinner that rotates too fast, and a "glitching" scrollbar is created without reason.

This bug is well visible on Storybook: https://mia-platform.github.io/design-system/?path=/story/components-table--loading but it happens in the Audit Log section of the Console too.

I don't see any glitch happening neither in storybook nor in the console section. I worry that it might be a browser/OS compatibility problem 😟

I'm using macOS and tested with both Chrome and Firefox, what are you using?

I can't see it in storybook anymore but it's still present in the Console. You can see it in the Audit Log section.
I'm using Chrome with Ubuntu but it appears in a macOS that uses Chrome too.
