[Feature]: support to all Jira events

Describe the feature

We would need that the agent handles all the possible events triggered by Jira.

A possible option could also make it configurable.

At the moment, the supported events are listed here.
It is not simple to add support to each events since it is not documented the event payload.

Do you need any other event types specifically?

Probably in the future it would be configurable, but it is quite simple add new events for jira (once tested the event payload) in this page.
