We don't plan to support custom slug charsets for now.

This seems simple, but it would affect auto-generated slugs, manual slugs, AI slugs, imports, and redirect matching.

If it only affects auto-generation, the behavior becomes inconsistent with manual and AI slugs. If it changes validation globally, it may introduce compatibility risks around existing links, case sensitivity, URL encoding, and redirects.

To keep slug behavior simple, stable, and predictable, we'll continue using the built-in safe alphabet.
