Remove non functional buttons

Describe the bug
When I open compliance -> config compliances, there is a button "Add" which leads to None. For new user this might seem as error and they might think that plugin is not operating correctly.

Expected behavior
Remove non functional buttons for other pages as well

Additional context
Would be great if there was a message show when first setting up something like "For devices to show up here first please create configuration request." and link to it. Just like in netbox, when I want to create device first i must have device type, platform and manufacturer.

Hi @mrhyks thanks for opening the issue,

This buttons are rendered because of the bug in NetBox itself, may be I will investigate some time in it and create PR.

Where do you expect to get this message "For devices to show up here first please create configuration request"

On page https://netbox/plugins/config-diff/config-compliances/. When users installs plugin and goes through pages from top to bottom, this one he might not understand, or at least I didn't when I installed it first time. With said message it should be clear.
