offer citation info as bibtex & include date ranges in "note" field for compatibility with zotero

when importing .ris files into zotero, zotero doesn't accurately parse date ranges, but only the end date. .bibtex or zotero .rdf citation files would enable including date ranges in the "note" field, e.g. "{issued:1983/1988}" for bibtex
