Enhancements

• ClusterDefinitionSet transformations are maturing.

  There are two transformations::DefinitionSetTransformers
  available: one that removes classic queue mirroring-related (from the 3.13.x era) policy keys, and another
  that removes policies with empty definitions.

  The two are supposed to be used together.
