Telegram-driven mutex to enable/disable auto-answer. #5
Description
Implement a server mutex via a Telegram bot command to prevent the listener from auto-opening.
Perhaps
/enable- allow auto-answer/disable- disable auto-answer
But something more fun - yet unambiguous - might be warranted.
