Kstreamplify UI #483

Opening this issue to note, discuss, and possibly expand on this idea.
Since Kstreamplify is wrapped in a Spring Boot application, we should be able to serve more than just a simple Swagger UI, but a dedicated Kstreamplify UI instead.
Since Kstreamplify is wrapped in a Spring Boot application, we should be able to serve more than a simple Swagger UI, but a real Kstreamplify UI instead.
This UI could provide:
- A well-designed visualization of the Kafka Streams topology (ref: https://flow.foblex.com/showcase/overview
) - Kafka Streams metrics displayed in charts
- Access to the state store contents
