Some configuration problems

Dear developer:
I'm surely confirm all device are opend, and my u-manager can get serial number of 13 or 25 mm Travel Stepper Motor Actuators with k-cube, but it still remind me the device must be opend before it can be accessed. By the way, I've been using 'ThorlabAPTstage' in umanager and it's work.

Thanks for the report. This error message suggests that the device was found (26002301 is the serial number of the device) but connection to the device failed. I am not sure why. The only suggestion I have is to try restarting your computer and trying to configure Micro-Manager before talking to the device with any other software.

(The error "must be opened" is coming from the Kinesis function to open the device, so it is not clear what it means.)

I am able to connect to a simulated KST101 or KST201 stepper driver (set up with Kinesis Simulator) with no errors, so I'm pretty sure that it is working in general. I tested with the latest Kinesis Software (1.14.37); if you have an older version, maybe try upgrading.
