Setup Challenges

AmpliPi is awesome, but not yet perfect... So, do we all experience similar setup challenges, especially with resources/FAQ's?

I am still working on these setup challenges:

1. add HomeAssistant to AmpliPi's rasberry Pi, or to local NAS, so it talks to the AmpliPi (likely via MQTT).
2. insert HomeAssistant control scripts, to activate the hardware relay-buttons on the AmpliSonoff wall-controller.
3. link AmpliPiSonoff wall-controller to Sonoff's ewelink app, via bluetooth and WiFi. (Hopefully, this exposes the AmpliPiSonoff wall-controller's hard-buttons to the ewelink app, to control other ewelink-compatible WiFi-relays and smart-home devices).
4. enable broadcast announcements or intercom, to specific zones or zone-groups. (This is likely also a HA feature).
5. Google Home integration, including voice activation of features... (Maybe this is far in the future?).

Found answers to these setup challenges:

1. first time boot-up connection to LAN, when not using a 192.168.1.x subdomain.
2. setting up a Spotify Connect stream as an input from a smartphone.
3. adding an USB OTA-tuner dongle (disconnect when not in use, to avoid noise-bleed on all inputs).
4. finding radio station-URL's and logo files. (I use 3rd-party apps and station list sites, but when links change the internet radio station just hisses. Thus, Micro-Nova may want to partner with a station-listing service?).
5. resolve conflicts when PC's, phones and an AmpliPiSonoff wall-controller concurrently talk to the AmpliPi. (The AmpliPiSonoff wall-controller is slow, sometimes needing 10-secs of patience between button presses, but rebooting everything clears things up, so maybe using a non-192.168.1.x address is slowing it down?).

Did I miss any major setup challenges...?
