Description
Would it be appropriate to reach out to the use base for help designing the next version of the web and app UI?
Not criticizing the wonderful work done to date. ..
But, the current design is perhaps more hardware test-focused, than software-usability focused. Perhaps media files and their metadata should be front and center, with the source matrix input design being a bit more intuitive.
If the next design also included greyed out buttons for future upgrades, it might also help to rally additional user group support in other areas.
So. Perhaps a design competition could be launched with suitable prizes for the most profoundly brilliant designers...?. Wall keypads come to mind...
