I'm using v0.6.0 to synchronize with the NPM package source-map-resolve. If the NPM package is taken over, I would bump the released version in this package to v0.6.1 and do the same in NPM. Unfortunately I'm unfamiliar with NPM; I assume this is the right course of action but I don't know.
