Feature description

Current recommendation is to disable security and allow anonymous access. This is not a good idea IMO and this module should implement support for authenticating properly https://micronaut-projects.github.io/micronaut-control-panel/snapshot/guide/#management using client credentials grant or something

Note that this module is only intended to be used during development. Adding security will certainly make it suitable for other environments, but that could be done in a future release
