Does Pessimistic Locking Work in R2DBC with PostgreSQL?

Hi team,

I'm currently working with Micronaut Data using R2DBC and PostgreSQL, and I had a question regarding pessimistic locking support.

We've attempted to use pessimistic locking in our implementation, but it doesn't appear to be functioning as expected. I wanted to check if pessimistic locking is officially supported in R2DBC with PostgreSQL through Micronaut Data.

If it's not supported, are there any recommended workarounds or alternative approaches to achieve similar row-level locking behavior in a reactive context?

We attempted to use pessimistic locking with R2DBC. Our project is built with Kotlin, and we’re implementing CoroutinePageableCrudRepository with suspend methods.

I think it should work. Please enable query log to validate that the SQL query is correct. Then it depends on the DB + driver.
