Why NimbusReactiveJsonWebTokenValidator is not public access modifer?

Hello everyone!

Since JwtTokenValidator is marked for removal and we should use the ReactiveJsonWebTokenValidator interface instead, I found that the only direct implementation of this interface is ReactiveJsonWebTokenValidator, which is NimbusReactiveJsonWebTokenValidator. However, this class is not public, so we can't use it elsewhere!

So why is it not public, and what should we do in this situation?
