Feature description

Currently the test resources is not using the same format as the test runtime itself.
Ultimately I would like to disable Ansi Colors in the test resource server logging in CI/CD

You should be able to configure logging by doing this:

micronaut {
   ...

    testResources {
        serverSystemProperties.put("logback.configurationFile", "logback-testresources.xml")
    }
}
